ALONSO.studio is a Canadian digital learning systems and experience design practice. To contact us about this policy, write to info@alonso.studio.
2. What we collect
When you submit a contact enquiry we collect the name, email address, area of interest and message you enter. The website uses a hidden field and server-side request validation to discourage automated submissions. The form endpoint may temporarily process your IP address to enforce abuse-prevention limits; the application does not store submitted messages in a website database.
Our hosting provider may automatically record technical request data, such as your IP address, user agent, date, requested page and referrer, in its infrastructure logs for security and service operation. Hosting-log retention is governed by Hostinger’s settings and policies.
3. Purposes
We use information you choose to send to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential engagements and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use form submissions for unsolicited marketing.
4. Service providers and international processing
The site is hosted by Hostinger and contact messages are delivered using the configured email service. These providers may process limited information in jurisdictions outside Canada. Their own service agreements and privacy policies apply.
5. Cookies, analytics and external video
This lightweight website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose to play embedded third-party media, the external video platform may collect usage information or set cookies according to its privacy policy. Embedded players are loaded only after you choose to play a video.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages are retained in the studio mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, subject to legal requirements. The form uses HTTPS transport on the live site and authenticated email delivery when properly configured. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where applicable, by contacting info@alonso.studio. Your rights are determined by applicable privacy legislation.
8. Changes
We may update this notice if functionality, providers or legal requirements change. The revision date will appear at the top of the page.
